The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

With gorgeous views of the city from the back, this apartment is only 4 minutes from the freeway and offers easy access to so many great local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.
