There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.

There is private parking in front of the building. 55m2 space with two bedrooms, three beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room + 20m2 of terrace. Apartment is equipped with 50'' TV, Breville coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine & dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, towels... You are more then welcome to use everything you can find in the apartment.
