Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

This open & airy retreat is in a desirable location right on the Seneca Lake wine trail. You'll enjoy sweeping panoramic views from any room in the house. Offering plenty of space to get comfortable in, some of our amenities include a large deck overlooking the lake, a beach cabana and a brand new dock. Relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Enjoy this mid-century modern guest house in a spectacular site, with a lake view, waterfall, and forest all in one place. The house was just fully renovated. This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
