Several restaurants are with in a 5 minute walk and Dogfish Head Brewery is less than 1 mile away. Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen are 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally some of the best fresh water bass fishing is 300 yards away. Some of the amenities include Fire pit, webber gas grill, 2 screened in porches, 3 beach cruisers.

Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge.
