A traditional Queensland home on the doorstep of all that West End offers. Our home is a restored 1920 timber house. We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Situated in a small residential community, this ground floor studio apartment enjoys a picturesque garden setting. Showcasing a smart use of space and generous interiors, this inner city bolt hole is situated down the road from Victoria Park and just one block back from the Kelvin Grove Urban Village with a plethora of cafes, shops and transport options. The studio is located beneath our house, while we do our best to keep noise to a minimum footsteps and other sounds can be heard from above.

Clean, private and secure 1-bedroom guest suite

This is the private, self-contained guest suite of a large family home. Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 12% discount for 7 nights or more. This is our home where we’ve spent many happy years but we’ve moved out of town for work so now we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have!
