Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

loft dell'artista. Originale e riservato

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

C'era una volta tanto tempo fa, mamma Contessa e le sue figlie. Scorribande e marachelle tutte insieme le sorelle ,ferme solo per sentire favole e novelle che la sera le facevano dormire. Oggi quelle favole &sono diventate il tema di ogni camera di quella casa che le ha viste crescere. Il vaso di erba cedrina, Il brutto anatroccolo, La storia di pioggerella e Le tre filatrici. Quattro camere (più una ), un tuffo nel 1800. Silenzio e pace e le Contesse che vi racconteranno la loro storia.

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.

Countryside experience ...farm Holidays

The recent renovation of an old arcade has created holiday apartments, which are available for just a few days, a week or longer stays. Apartment (45 sqm) has a separate entry, and is composed of: bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed ,bathroom with shower, shared living room/kitchen area, with a sofà bed (double bed), kitchen table and six chairs, and fully equipped kitchen .
