Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Maso Maroni Wine Retreat è uno minuscola casetta del 1867 nel cuore dei vigneti della Valpolicella. In luogo incontaminato, gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla meravigliosa città di Verona. Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

Corte Odorico consists of 2 holidays flats, our family house and a tiny winery. The flats were designed for guests to feel part of our family tradition, but with the privacy of a flat. The estate is home to our family winery, the Corte Odorico clan is more than happy to accommodate tastings of our Valpolicella Classica wines to really connect with the terroir.

Contemporary Boutique B&B in VALPOLICELLA, in an ancient stone house with two elegant minilofts overlooking the valley, a big GARDEN full of secluded spots surrounded by vineyards with an outdoor WHIRLPOOL to use privately for 2 hours/day (only May-Sept because not heated). ECOLOGICAL geothermal system for heating/cooling and solar panels for hot water. The food needed for breakfast to prepare in the suite is included. 20 mins from Verona, 30 from Lake Garda, 25 from the airport.

Il mio alloggio si trova in un borgo collinare di origini medievali, restaurato nel rispetto della tradizione locale con mezzi biocompatibili. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA e ASIAGO. Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.

Il luogo ideale per rilassarsi , fare passeggiate in bicicletta o a piedi , per riscoprire la storia e la natura immersi tra i bellissimi borghi delle nostre colline .

Natura è ciò che siamo. Soggiornare nella Riserva Naturale Valle di Bondo, tra ampi prati e verdi boschi che dominano il lago di Garda, è armonia. Lontani dalla folla, a 600m di altitudine, ma vicini alle spiagge (solo 9km), Tremosine sul Garda regala panorami mozzafiato, una cultura contadina e tanto sano sport. I grandi spazi aperti garantiscono un clima fresco anche d’estate, poiché la valle è straordinariamente ventilata.
