Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

La proprietà si trova tra Lavagno e Mezzane di Sotto, a 20 min d’auto dal centro di Verona e dalla Fiera (Vinitaly,Marmomac) e 5,6 km dal casello autostradale di Verona Est E’ il luogo di partenza perfetto per escursioni sulle dolci colline circostanti e per itinerari enogastronomici per apprezzare i rinomati vini e l’olio d’oliva -oltre 10 cantine nel raggio di 5 km!

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

La Casetta.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. La struttura é dotata di divano letto da una piazza e mezza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, TV satellitare e aria condizionata.

La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare in spazi ampi, poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Corte Ordorico flats were designed for guests to feel part of our family tradition, but with the privacy of a flat. The estate is home to our family winery, the Corte Odorico clan is more than happy to accommodate tastings of our Valpolicella Classica wines to really connect with the terroir.

Buondormire cozy little nest in Bardolino

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.

Countryside experience ...farm Holidays

The recent renovation of an old arcade has created holiday apartments, which are available for just a few days, a week or longer stays. Apartment (45 sqm) has a separate entry, and is composed of: bedroom with a double bed and a bunkbed ,bathroom with shower, shared living room/kitchen area, with a sofà bed (double bed), kitchen table and six chairs, and fully equipped kitchen .
