Zugstation 15min. zu Fuß oder Bus in 200m Entfernung. Shoppingcenter 3 min zu Fuß. BurnsBeach ca. 3 km, Mullalloo Beach 10 min. Autofahrt oder Bus. Our house is well equipped in a quiekt area. 20 min. drive to the CBD with car or train. Trainstation 15min. walk or bus 200m only. Shoppingcenter 3 min. walk.

Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.
