House is 3000 sq ft remodeled. Downstairs master suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and playroom/office that has a queen sleeper sofa can sleep additional 2 people. Master has queen bed. Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.
