Pontoon rental in summer. HOA requires liability waiver for all adults, 1 dog under 30lbs ok. Lake has a sandy bottom, but seaweed grows where shallow. Home is 3 bdrms. I had to list 4 to show 4th sleeping area in office/laundry room. Note floorplan: Townhome is small but well designed.
