Su orientación es Sureste con mucha luminosidad, temperatura confortable y vistas al mar y a la Urbanización del Faro. Desde su terraza se puede disfrutar de un bonito atardecer viendo los barcos navegar. A menos de 10 minutos caminando tranquilamente de la playa del Charcón Beach, con zona hamacas y chiringuito Chill Out con música en vivo en temporada de verano.
