Private Floor to yourselves with game room

This house is a great way to relax when you taking a break from touring the city. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig coffee, plates and sink. The backyard has a ping pong and fire pit table. The game room has a pool table. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.

Our weather here is temperate, but if the weather gets hot, we have a silent mini-split A/C unit to cool the casita as needed.
