Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. No Kitchen We live in the property. Guests have their own access and covered parking on the driveway.

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

A perfectly positioned peaceful apartment, just moments to the heart of Cronulla. Wardan features secure parking and private beach access.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
