This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
