The 1-bedroom guest unit includes all kitchen conveniences, a living room and separate bedroom with a full bath. Private patio include a BBQ, ambient lighting, sun-shade, outdoor heater and shower.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

I welcome you, your family, friends and pets to enjoy my family home, which is tastefully curated with art, books and antiques collected for generations. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.
