Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms remodeled and new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! SOMA (short for South of Market St) is top of the list for where to stay in San Francisco for the first time. SOMA 9 Residences is located in the Heart of SF SOMA District, were you'll find everything from shopping to fine dining, plus landmarks such as Yerba Buena, Moscone convention center, SF MOMA, and steps away to Giants Ballpark. The proximity to Market St. makes SOMA one of the most accessible areas of the city. There's buses and rail lines (called BART) on just about every block.

There is a living area with comfy chairs and ample desk space, plus a dining table and chairs for sharing simple meals. The unit is suitable for a couple, a couple with a small child or solo traveler.

Enjoy spectacular views from this gorgeous 2 bedroom / 2 bath beautiful Craftsman home in the Castro/Twin Peaks area overlooking the city skyline. Guests say the photos do not do the view justice! The Market Street Retreat is a great spot for couples, friends and family on vacation, business travelers, or conference attendees. This is not a great place for smokers nor individuals who struggle with walking up 49 steps, and it is not suitable for more than 4 guests.

This a private 800 sq ft apartment without a full kitchen, it is at garden level. I live above on street level. The garden is shared space. There are books and movies available free WiFi and lots of room to spread out. You will be my only guests so you get my full attention. Breakfast is a generous continental style delivered to your door in the morning. It includes pastry fresh OJ fruit plate and yogurt all subject to change to meet your dietary restrictions.
