The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

Live Like a Local in Sunny Bernal Heights

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Charming Mission Apartment

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Audrey & Nick's Place

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.
