Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.

Two large bedrooms and a third room with large double sofa bed and french doors that open onto the garden. The sofa bed is recommended for occasional use only to accommodate two further guests.
