The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

The entire apartment is on the ground floor in South West London: 2 min to Tooting Railway Station (to Wimbledon in 10 min), 10 minutes to walk to Tooting Broadway Underground (with the northern line & Victoria Line, you can reach Oxford Circus or Central London in 30 min), and numerous buses to various destinations in London.

Welcome to my apartment in leafy Streatham, South London! It offers one double bedroom with living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is outside parking, if needed. There is a small garden at the front for sitting outside on sunny days. The apartment is situated close to Streatham Common, with a number of different transport links (trains, buses) available. There are fantastic local amenities close by, and also nice pubs, coffee shops.
