Best SP local Bungalow facing park river downtown

Please be aware that this area was severely impacted by Hurricane Helene and is in the process of recovering. Many businesses are still closed and the park that was in front of the house was completely destroyed. House is located in the center of Spruce Pine and was not damaged from the hurricane. Driving distance to Blue Ridge Parkway, Sugar Mountain/Beech ski areas, Roan Mountain, Linville Caverns and Gorge, Little Switzerland, and many other Mountain attractions.

Welcome to Outlanders, a cozy mountain home centrally located in historic Burnsville NC. Burnsville is sandwiched between Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Mount Mitchell and many hiking trails. The home is walking distance to the downtown areas' brewery, artists, restaurants, shops and Saturday morning farmer's market (1 to 3 blocks).
