The studio features one double bed and one single sofa bed, equipped kitchennette, A/C unit, flat TV, private bathroom and free Wi-Fi among others. It also has a single sofa-bed so in total accommodates up to 3 people. Only 400 meters (5 mins on foot) from Sapfous square and the waterfront!

Πολύ κοντά στην αγορά, σε πολλά μαγαζιά,soupermarkets, καφετέριες και bars. Ιδανικός χώρος για όσους θέλουν να μετακινούνται με τα πόδια.Επίσης υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων στον δρόμο.Σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχει η παραλία και το άλσος Τσαμάκια. My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης ,κοντά σε καφέτεριες και μαγαζιά εστίασης, σε τράπεζες και ΑΤΜ. Περπατώντας σε δύο λεπτά απο το σπίτι, ο επισκέπτης βρίσκεται στη παραλιακή της Μυτιλήνης και στην όμορφη Ερμού. Από το τελωνείο το σπίτι είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
