On two floors you can live, sleep and cook. The apartment has its own garden entrance, the garden is available for our guests. (Barbecue and seating available). Families with children are welcome, there is a playground in the garden) Holiday home's equipment is unique and high quality: The interior is in color and style of furniture lovingly adapted to the building. Underfloor heating and W-Lan make your stay more comfortable.

Unser neues 130 qm grosses Haus in Berlin bietet euch eine wunderschöne zentrumsnahe Unterkunft im Grünen für acht Personen. Es liegt zentrumsnah, in 20 Minuten ist man mit der S oder U Bahn in Mitte am Alexanderplatz. Die U5 fährt vom Hauptbahnhof direkt durch ohne Umsteigen. Das Haus ist vollausgestattet in allen Zimmern wie auch in Küche und Bad. Für Kinder gibt es Kinderzimmer mit Spielzeug. Nach dem Stadtbummel kann man auf der Terrasse entspannen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

Es befindet sich in Ostberlin,1Stopp vom Ostkreuz entfernt. Mit Bus, S-Bahn und U-Bahn 30 Min. bis ins Zentrum oder 15 Min. bis Friedrichshain, Dark Matter und Eastside Gallery. Zwischen Rummelsburgerbucht und Tierpark/ Schloss Friedrichsfelde. Die Übernachtungssteuer (Citytax) von 7,5% des Übernachtungspreises bereits enthalten

Cosy flat in the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen with separate entrance and private terrace at the garden side. The flat has one bedroom and one living room with extensible double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator, a small oven and all necessary utensils. Big, private bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, dryer. Max capacity is 4 adults but recommended occupancy is 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

This beautiful house was build in 1892 as a stable and has since been transformed in an exceptional spacious family home for people enjoying the quietness and privacy of their home but also want to be near the bustling city center of Berlin. Within walking distance you will find parks, the Grunewald forrest, lakes but also shops and restaurants. The house offers a beautiful grand piano, a new modern kitchen, high speed internet a huge dining table and a beautiful garden.

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Villa Nordlicht

Unser Haus liegt ganz im Norden von Berlin, zu Fuß sind es 15 min bis zu den verschiedensten Supermärkten und zur S-Bahn die euch in 20 min ohne umsteigen zum Potsdamer Platz oder zum Alexanderplatz ( einmal umsteigen) bringt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum entspannen nach einem aufregenden Tag in unserer Stadt. Im Garten stehen ein Grill und eine kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung.
