Located in the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Kenton, this ADU is a five minute drive off of I-5, a 5-10 walk to the nearest bus lines and MAX station, and a block-and-a-half away from the central Denver St. commercial zone of Kenton with access to restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, soul food, pizza, pub food), coffee shops, library, and convenience store. Fred Meyer and New Seasons grocery stores are close by. The ADU has a double bed, memory foam mattress, and a white noise machine.

Perfect for a short visit or extended retreat. Find yourself in the heart of the Mississippi Ave neighborhood and discover the best coffee, food, and shops Portland has to offer just steps from your door. Parking can be difficult in our neighborhood as it is such a hot spot to visit & you may need to park more than a block away.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this central place. My apartment building is in the vibrant heart of the eclectic Hawthorne District, walking distance to the best restaurants, cafes, bookstores, brew-pubs, distilleries, and shops. All services, from banks to massage therapists, are nearby. Only a mile from downtown, you can easily access the city via bike, walking, or bus service. The interiors feature a soothing European design with high grade surfaces and finishes for comfort and style.

Cozy studio Entire Floor w private bathroom

Large private studio with private bath is in the heart of Portland. You will stay in the upper floor. Food carts are less than a 10 minute walk, great bars all over Hawthorne (4 blocks south) and Belmont (3 blks north). You are covered with bus lines surrounding and a bike rental station 2 blocks away. NOT ENTIRE HOUSE. Airbnb has labeled this entire house, but it is only for the top floor. No shared spaces. Just a note that the "kitchen" is simply a microwave and fridge w/dishes.

A place all to yourself, just blocks from all Williams Ave has to offer (particularly Eem and Jinju)! You'll have a private entrance to your 1 bed, 1 bath, plus living area/kitchenette unit, and all the basics you'll need for your stay. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland, and just a 20 minute drive from PDX airport. During Jun-Sept when it's hottest, we provide a portable AC to help with the summer heat :)

The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!

Close in Mississippi/Williams area Victorian. Excellent bus access from airport ; to downtown, the convention & MODA centers. Quiet, peaceful and green, but a short walk to all the restaurants, bars. boutiques, food carts, coffee shops and venues. Some of the highest rated and most popular eateries are on either street. Large garden with lots of botanical interest and gathering spots.
