The villa also includes a beautiful courtyard swimming-pool, common spaces and lush greenery. The Kitchen whips up delicious meals, and our housekeeping team ensures your comfort. The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
