Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. The Level 3 Penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or just quiet R&R. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches below and the 12 Apostles. Services and restaurants are located in the Camps Bay Mall about 2 min. by car and a 15 min. walk to the Clifton beaches below. The Level 2 apartment, a separate listing @ airbnb.co.za/h/casa-del-sur-level-2, is often preferred by guests or families who prefer extra space, chef's kitchen, dining patio and pool (heated by request).

It is within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, Doctors and pharmacies. 8 minute drive to the renowned V & A Waterfront and Table Mountain and in the opposite direction , Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches. There is free parking in the street outside our front gate. The apartment is serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays if vacated by 12 noon.
