Entire Country Coach House in West Sussex

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within West Sussex (Warninglid), this lovely little home has a very special place in our family's heart and is equipped with everything you could need for a memorable stay. You will have access to the High Weald on your doorstep with numerous bridleways and footpaths. Access to the South Downs and coast is only a short drive away; locally, there is a wealth of fine dining choices and easily accessible shopping options in the nearby market towns.

The sunny Stables Cottage…(cutting garden house)

Be a country person for the weekend, stay in a 200 year old stable block, super light, with vaulted ceilings. A large sitting room, big bedroom, up a step to the kitchen/diner and bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Also a sofabed. National Trust houses, historic Mayfield, village walks and the South Downs nearby. Small dogs welcome. The cottage overlooks the cutting gardens. A Private seating areas & wifi good for a working retreat!

Private ensuite double bedroom in Godalming

I have an ensuite double bedroom, for single occupancy, on the top floor of my canal-side town house. It's a 10 to 15 min walk to the main line station in Farncombe and a 15 min walk along the canal to Godalming centre with plenty of restaurants and shops. I work from home and so am around most of the day. I have a small friendly cat. You're welcome to use the kitchen facilities; there'll be milk, bread and cereal available for you to make breakfast. There's parking on the driveway.

Easy access to Brighton , Hove ,Worthing and London. Shops and restaurants around.

Farmhouse B&B - Orchard View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
