Tucked into a private woodland overlooking the pond and countryside, we've kitted it out with products and art from local makers. Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
