Mountain Delight, 1BR modernised village house

Relax in this unique space hosted by Saaiman Stays in the picturesque village of Omodos. This renovated property offers top tier design and a very comfortable stay. With high end finishes & furniture in thoughtfully designed layouts, enjoy your time snuggled indoors or on the beautiful patio. We have 2 units that share the gated patio (with separating wooden screens). They can be booked together or individually. Each unit has 1 large bedroom, an open plan kitchen diner and lounge & a bathroom.

Thea Executive Suite (Spa Bath)

Thea Executive suite is one of our recent additions and our biggest two-floor suite. On the ground floor you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an island bar, a sitting room and a stone-built fireplace. On the top floor you will find the bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi spa bath. The bedroom’s window offers beautiful village views and calmness vibes. The house can accommodate an extra third child (up to 15 yo) on the sofa which can be turned into a single bed for the night.

Absolute privacy, unspoiled nature and calming silence! Accessible only via a footpath, step deep in the forest canopy and follow the sounds of a running stream. This location ensures a unique, overwhelming experience! A home with a modest design and free from decoration clutter. Unlike most traditional mountain houses with their dark interiors and heavy building elements, here you can enjoy uninterrupted views, abundance of air and light and a true sense of connection with the outdoors!

Pine forest House

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Villa Eleni is located in Pano Pachna village that is a center of many points of interest .From there you can reach by car easily and less than 30 min Limassol 33km, Paphos 50 km, Petra tou Romiou 27 km, Omodos 11 km , Platres 20 km, Avdimou Beach 23 km, and Troodos mountain 28km.Villa Eleni is a traditional village house of 180 m2 with 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, fire place,big living room with a dining table and it can host 8 persons.
