In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Inmitten der Mozartstadt, umgeben von diversen Restaurants und den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Salzburg bietet es eine optimale Lage um Salzburg zu erkunden.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
