Tiene una escalera metálica lo cual lo hace inapropiado para discapacitados, para mayores y niños menores. tiene estacionamiento y entrada independientes, disfrutas de la privacidad que buscas, yo vivo abajo, estoy al pendiente, pero tiene privacidad absoluta.
