The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The apartment in villa is totally independent and located just minutes from the beautiful beach of Mondello. It has 2 bedroom with double beds and sofa bed, a living area and kitchen. A few metres from the house are located: pizzerias and restaurant and pharmacy and medical point. The contest is quite and peaceful and it is possible to reach the city by bus or car.
