The whole top floor is divided in to both a large lounge, library and pool table area as well as a well equipped Gymnasium and Yoga / Dance room. The apartment would suit somebody looking for a medium term stay in a convenient, vibrant but quiet area, who would enjoy the workspace opportunity of the seldom used expansive top floor lounge, and the recreational facilities. Enjoy a stylish at this centrally-located loft-style one-bedroom apartment in an Industrial building in Sai Ying Pun. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from the MTR, with a bus stop right outside, Walking distance to the Macau Ferry Terminal, Airport Express HK Station, and International Finance Centre. It is also near SoHo, LKF, and Central and is close to a prime location in the beautiful Tai Ping Shan area. My apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with countertops and a washer/dryer.

**Update: I'm back in Hong Kong now personally and do not have to constantly travel back and forth to the UK. Each of the apartments get a redecor and now it's more hands-on with the quality control inside the unit. Located on Nathan opposite Eaton hotel. Also cheap laundry (wash+dry+fold+pack) 5USD per 8 lb 24 hour 7-11 downstairs/Temple st downstairs Double + single sofa bed, a big wardrobe and basic necessities

Our apartment is located only few minutes walk from Mongkok shopping district with a large number of specialty restaurants, malls, drugstore, flower market etc. You can find all you need here. Close to Temple Street, entertainment is different day and night. You may find fortune teller (feng shui) stalls, local food stalls, souvenir stalls, fruit and dessert shops all in this famous tourist spot to experience the night life of Hong Kong.
