Large fenced in backyard with woodsy views and outdoor fire pit, large deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy indoor fireplace, smart TV with netflix, workspace, fast wifi.

Trails Head Tiny House

BURN BAN IN EFFECT. As of now we cannot allow any outdoor fires or use of wood stove. Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.

Lakeside Studio on White Lake

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.

Cozy Lakeside Cabin by Bethel Woods & Casino

This is a 1000 square-foot, two-bedroom log cabin with a sleeping loft. I prefer groups of 4 or less but may accommodate more for an extra fee. Enjoy the new fire pit out back on a cold night or play some Pac Man on the new standing arcade indoors. Plenty of board games are available and my kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware. Walk Mountain Lake, which sits across the street and spans exactly 2 miles around. Or just get some R&R - my beds are so comfy!
