Luxury shepherd’s hut in rural Herefordshire. A perfect retreat to escape and unwind, the cosy hut overlooks stunning views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside. The hut has a full-size double bed and wood stove for those chillier evenings. Adjacent to the hut is another character building that boasts a luxury walk-in waterfall shower, flushing toilet and heated towel rail, fluffy towels are also provided. There is also a well equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Shepherd’s Delight 2 person stylish Shepherd’s Hut in the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with peaceful views of the fields and trees; you will often look out of the window in the morning to see a family of deer grazing. The hut is just a few steps away from miles of forest trails, two minutes from the Wye Valley Walk and 20 minutes from Offa’s Dyke. It’s about a mile from Tintern, a short drive from the Forest of Dean and the area is perfect for walkers, runners and cyclists.

Switch off in our romantic gypsy caravan nestled in a peaceful five acre organic vineyard with stunning views down the Trothy Valley. Relax in the wood-fired sauna, take a bath under the stars or cook over the outdoor fire pit. In the cool eco-cabin you can curl up on the sofa while dinner is in the oven. The caravan is cosy all year round with its own wood burning stove. Nearby: excellent pub (40 mins walk), Michelin-star Walnut Tree, walks, castles, mountains and market town of Abergavenny.

Cosy all seasons Shepherd's Hut on 3 Castles Walk

Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

Dulas Valley Shepherds Hut + hot tub with views

Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. Set in a quiet hidden location, surrounded by the stunning countryside of Herefordshire, next to the Welsh borders, is somewhere to come and escape the world, switch off for a while. The Shepherds hut is self contained, stands alone on the edge of one of my grazing fields with beautiful views from every angle. Your neighbours are my Welsh mountain ponies, alpacas, sheep and feathered friends. Add on abundant wildlife, flora and fauna, dark skies and stars. You'll always remember your stay.

Little Braeburn Shepherd’s Hut at Harrys Cottages

Little Braeburn is located in an apple orchard with stunning views over the countryside. Whilst (literally) in the middle of nowhere, it has everything you need for a memorable stay; superfast Wi-Fi allows you to watch a movie in the comfy bed. Although it’s a tiny space, it feels spacious with a proper mini bathroom (shower and flushing toilet) and kitchen (hob, fridge, kettle, and cooking appliances). The hut has an electric radiator & a logburner, so it’s perfect for a cosy getaway.

Skylark Hut: cosy, views, meadow, bit of luxury!

This is Sklylark’s last year! At the end of June 2026, the hut will host its last guest. So come and enjoy this super cosy, but very well equipped and spacious hut while you can! Guests reviews say it all! With stunning views of the Welsh Black Mountains, it sits nestled in a calming wildflower meadow with lots of wildlife - you might wake to see deer passing your window and rabbits foraging outside. Sadly, not suitable for dogs, young children or infants.
