Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo, in San Gimignano countryside, in a resort/farmhouse. Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

L'alloggio si trova presso un podere di campagna, a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Volterra. Superata Porta Diana, si percorre un breve tratto della strada Comunale di S. Margherita fino all'accesso di una strada bianca, l'indicazione Bosco dell'Iris Nero vi conduce, lungo un percorso di 900 metri, alla locazione. Qui vi sono castagni, ulivi, fiori e la piacevole vista della valle. Si possono incontrare caprioli, istrici e cinghiali. Il cuculo, l'upupa, il picchio abitano il bosco circostante.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni).
