L’ alloggio è completamente autonomo con self check-in e numerosi comfort. Luogo riservato e perfetto per trascorrere un indimenticabile esperienza. Immerso in uno splendido paesaggio naturalistico arricchito dagli animali della fattoria. A soli 30 min dalla città di Verona, dal borgo murato di Soave, dall’importante sito paleontologico di Bolca, dall’antico paesino cimbro di Giazza con i numerosi rifugi del gruppo del Carega e dalla piccola frazione di Sprea, rinomata per le erbe officinali.

Ca' del buso cottage

Un vecchio fienile del ‘500, finemente ristrutturato nel 2012: un angolo di paradiso immerso tra i suggestivi vigneti della Valpolicella che promette un soggiorno indimenticabile. Situato a 450 metri di altezza - un'altitudine che regala un clima meno caldo e umido durante la stagione estiva - ed in una posizione strategica, a soli 10 minuti da Verona, 40 dal lago di Garda, 1 ora e un quarto da Venezia e 1 ora e mezza da Milano, è il rifugio ideale per chi desidera coniugare storia e comfort.

Casa Finetti

Casa Finetti è una struttura rustica con solaio, pavimento della camera in legno e muri in pietra. Dal piano terra si sale alla camera da letto tramite una scala a chiocciola. La casa è disposta su un piano terra e primo piano, entrambi di 18 metri quadrati. È una casetta semplice, senza il massimo dei confort, ma ha l'indispensabile per una mini vacanza. Casa Finetti non è adatta a chi si aspetta di trovare il lusso. Casa Finetti è adatta agli amanti della natura e delle cose semplici.

Dolci Vecchi Ricordi in Valpolicella

Percorrendo una strada tra vigneti e ciliegi, si arriva alla Corte Medievale di Panego, un’antica corte rurale in cui i primi cenni storici risalgono al 1222. Qui si trova la nostra casa interamente ristrutturata, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche originarie. La stanza è al secondo piano e si raggiunge percorrendo un' antica scala in pietra. Per soggiornare da noi è consigliabile avere un mezzo di trasporto. La strada di accesso alla corte non è percorribile da auto con il rimorchio.

The strategic location of the apartment allows easy access to the Exhibition center there is a direct route by bus.
