I Mulini a Vento (The Windmills) is a brand new Bed and Breakfast with all comforts, located in an elegant building in the heart of Rome, close to the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station, the Vatican Museums and St.Peter’s Square. We are proud of providing all comforts of an hotel, but with the hospitality, the warm welcome, the calm and quietness of a B&B. Thanks to the strategic position of our B&B, in a few walking minutes through the Prati neighbourhood, you will find yourselves in the amazing St.Peter’s Square, close to the Vatican Walls and Vatican Museums. In few minutes you will also reach Castel Sant’Angelo, Lungo Tevere,Trastevere, Campo de’ Fiori, and all the main attractions of the old city center. For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. Io e Peach, la mia piccola maltese, vi ospitiamo in una dependance privata con accesso da un giardino tranquillo e riparato dal rumore della strada. Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.

Chambre privée de charme avec salle de bain indépendante. Chambre collée à l'appartement de l hôte, sans parties communes. Plein centre de Rome, Piazza del Popolo, 4eme étage avec ascenseur. La chambre donne sur une cours interne calme, environ 15 m2 avec canapé lit (matelas de qualité 140cm très confortable), salle de bain privative, AC, TV, frigo. Acces sur demande au balcon de l hote. Monuments accessibles 15 min à pieds, boutiques, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100m.

Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato adiacente alla stanza. La camera dispone di arredamenti nuovi,riscaldamento,balconcino,TV,frigobar e wi-fi,contornato da ammirevoli e caratteristici pavimenti originali a veneziana e soffitti in travi di gesso tipici delle case romane di un tempo.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

B&B near MAXXI and Auditorium

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
