The pool is situated in the garden and is not shared. It is an artistic house full of mosaics and artworks and has been used for photo shoots for fashion companies. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
