SUMMER 2025 UPDATE: the dam at vacation beach will not be installed this summer which means low river levels and no water at the dock. Boats will be in the backyard and available to carry a few houses down to the main part of the river. There is also a great neighborhood beach very close by and directions are in the house manual.
