You are in the heart of South Fork; the grocery store, restaurants, fuel, and local outfitters are minutes away. Wolf Creek Ski Area, Creede, Del Norte, and countless lakes, hiking trails and fishing destinations are all within easy driving distance. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

Our little piece of old historic Monte Vista sits almost in the center of town. Built in 1886, it has thick walls that surround you in hushed silence. Quaint, 2 bedrooms separated by a solid wood French barn door, 1-1/2 bathrooms, 1,000 sq ft. Full kitchen: glass top stove, microwave, large fridge under cabinet, dishwasher, and everything you need. Washer & Dryer in the laundry room, just off the kitchen. Private front door parking. Keypad entry on both front and back doors.

Built in 2023, this carriage house was created for comfort and quality in mind. It accommodates up to five guests with two queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main living area, each with its own TV.
