Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. It is composed by one bedroom, one bathroom, one open space with a fully furnished kitchen and a living room where you can find a sofa bed, and a balcony. Possibility to park your car in our private garage or an outdoor free parking reserved for people living in the building.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
