Totalmente indipendente con giardino di circa 1000mq e piscina interrata entrambi a uso esclusivo, sita nel comune di Stazzona, a 5 minuti dalle spiagge del lago di Como. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, wi-fi, lavatrice, tv 55", microonde, macchine caffè, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, lavastovigie, gazebo e piccolo grill per barbecue.

The Castello di Menaggio (former castle) is history. Traffic is restricted, so very quiet, with a great lake view. It has a large roof-top terrace and a balcony. A/C in main bedroom, full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Common garden available (no dogs allowed in garden). A 5 minutes walk (downhill) to the center. Private parking, or ideal without a car. Absolutely no-smoking. Not even in the balcony or terrace. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival.

A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
