Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Escape to Casita at East Beach!

Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with in unit washer and dryer.

We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. Traveling with children? Please submit an inquiry first. Cozy, tons of deck. Simple home with basics, lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group. No pets/additional guests without prior consent. Interested in learning how to bake very easy bread? I would love to give you a complimentary lesson. Former bakery/Café owner.
