A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Si tratta di una casetta iimmersa nel verde del parco nazionale dei Monti Lucretini. In questo parco si possono effettuare escursioni adattissime alle famiglie e ai più giovani. Ci sono 53 sentieri per oltre 230 km. A cinque minuti di macchina è possibile raggiungere i bellissimi Laghi di Percile… inoltre troverete una piscina panoramica pubblica a 2 minuti di distanza ( il costo e’ di 10€ ) dopo le 19:00 pm aperitivo time
