Svi objekti sadrže vlastiti dio dvorišta ili terasu s pogledom na okolne planine. Ovdje gosti mogu ići na jahanje, planinarenje i plivanje u jezerima, maziti životinje, sakupljati pecurke i sumsko voće, piti planinske čajeve. Nasa farma ima krave, svinje, konja, kokoške i patke.Imamo prostor za jelo u kome se možete opustiti i uživati u nestvarnom pogledu

Apartman Fantasea3 nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Herceg Novog, u naselju Njivice. Ono što lokaciju apartmana čini posebno povoljnom je blizina morske obale. S položajem u prvoj zoni uz more gostima je omogućen privatan prilaz plaži na kojoj je upotreba plažnog mobilijara besplatna. Gostima je takodje na raspolaganju i besplatan parking.
