This 140 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach; 10 min to town. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Note: bathroom is accessed by going outside and down the stairs! There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

This new suite offers incredible ocean & jungle views. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean and wake up to the singing jungle birds. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of town. From here there is a staircase that leads to a large sundeck with lounge chairs. The beach is a five minute walk where you can find three restaurants to enjoy.
