La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. La casa è composta da cucina completa e come riscaldamento ha una stufa a legna , oppure pompe di calore , un divano letto matrimoniale , e al secondo piano la camera completa e bagno completo , e all 'esterno una terrazza, poi un soppalco con un letto singolo.
