Mariposa is a beautiful cottage with a garden and dinning table right on the ocean view . It is made with antic windows, doors and wood, what gives it his warm an authentic touch. No tree had to be cut to make it! Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. This is a cozy, modest “finquita” in downtown Malpais. Listen to the ocean when you wake up, see Morpho Butterflies at noon and head to the sunset following the monkeys. Enjoy an all day long breeze and feel immersed in the green Costa Rican jungle! Beach (walking distance), Santa Teresa (7 min drive), supermarket (steps away). Set up is 2 bedrooms (queen beds), both rooms with a/c for 4+ guests. We allow max capacity of 5 guests, where the 5th guest may use the living area.
