Fantastic fishing, kayaking, tubing as well as breathtaking views of the San Juan National Forrest right off your back porch. Dolores, CO is located on the banks of McPhee Lake, 2nd largest lake in Colorado. Our house has recently updated interior, freshly painted inside and outside. Very cozy, comfortable and appealing. Grass lawns front and back with a brand new 8'x16' deck at the back door. The house is located less than 100 yards from the Dolores River, good fishing, swimming, kayaking and breathtakingly beautiful! Immediately emptying into McPhee Lake. Abundance of NF, bike trails, big game hunting!

The Bears Den studio apartment is located in the main house. Walk in basement with private entrance. Queen size bed, great room with a small convenience kitchen and walk in bath. The small convenience kitchen consists of a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig maker, full size refrigerator and a double sink, it does not have a range/oven. Open WI-FI, Dish satellite and ROKU. Sitting area on the patio. Numerous patios and verandas, and many places to " relax, expand and be at peace".
