One double bedroom with top-quality furniture, ceiling fans, a working desk, and a TV. From the bed, there are spectacular views of the sea. Full bathroom finished in white marble. with bathtub and jacuzzi, hairdryer and bidet shower. Modern fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, washing/dryer machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, complete cookware, tableware, and everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €50 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside. 🌍 Save energy We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment. 🧺 Extra services We can arrange extra cleaning or additional bed linens upon request when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The Catalan government charges a tourist tax of €10.45 per person (16 years and older) per night, up to 7 nights. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. ⏰ Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, let us know in advance; late arrivals incur an additional fee depending on the time: -MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8pm to 12am :40 € from 12am: 60€ SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS Until 8pm: 30€ from 8pm: 60€. Payment must be made in cash at check-in. ⏰ Check-out Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If there’s no new booking for the day, you may leave your luggage in the apartment until your departure; let us know if you need a late check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.

El apartamento no dispone de terraza, por lo que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes una terraza comunitaria en la azotea, totalmente equipada y amueblada. El precio de la reserva no incluye el impuesto municipal.
