Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Logement refait à neuf dans le sous-sol semi-enterré d'une maison meulière avec un jardin. Cuisine, chambre, salon avec canapé-lit, WC et petite salle de bain dissociés. Literies et équipements récents. Situé à proximité du centre ville avec toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, cinéma) et à 500 m de la gare Montgeron-Crosne, ce qui permet de rejoindre Paris en 30 minutes. Idéal pour profiter de la capitale et être au calme dans un environnement proche de la forêt de Sénart.

New apartment totally renewed by an architect, a lot of light, under the roof with the top of the Eiffel Tower view! In the heart of Batignolles and Montmartre district, at 10min walking distance from the Sacré Cœur, at 10min walking distance from Moulin Rouge and the very dynamic district Pigalle, at 20min walking distance from Madeleine/ Concorde... On the 5th floor without elevator but a great space, light and view when you re in the apartment! It worths it!
